Lake Tahoe, California
Lake Tahoe Is one of the largest lakes in the United States by volume and is the largest Alpine lake in North America. The lake was formed over two million years ago. The Lake is a huge tourist attraction in the area and has many ski-resorts, golf courses and casinos. Lake Tahoe is also a heaven for water sport enthusiasts.
